An awayday to Keighley for my hairdo with Michael as driver and Naomi and myself clutching for dear life? Yes I know it is somewhat of a long way to go for a haircut but it is the nearest one that does the organic hair dye that I had in Aus and my hair was breaking and falling out with the usual commercial stuff. It was supposed to be a day out with a hairdo and a nice lunch? Michael and Naomi had a sandwich in Sainsburys and I had a sandwich in a little cafe after the hairdo then we hurtled home, I think we were all jet lagged by the time Sundew Gardens hove into view??????????
Arrived 20mins late, didn't account for the traffic on the Bradford ring road. Brought back memories of my visits around the area when I worked, there are some stunning stone houses in that neck of the woods, many of which are gone to rack and ruin.
Nice young hairdresser, good cut and colour, look more like my natural self now. Will go back but will go for the day and drive myself.
Long discussions over the past few days with Naomi re her 'A' levels and career path. She has also discussed her options with Gina and has finally made a decision to drop German and concentrate on double English, History and Geography and is seriously considering teaching as a career.
Had a long chat with Sandra on Tuesday. They are well and adjusting to the variety and choice of everything compared to little of both in Aus. Natasha arrives in Kansas on the 10th so they will pick her up from the airport and stay over at Fuads. Any visitors there will have to be very tidy as the house is on the market now, I do hope it sells after all the hard work put in, especially by Mary Sue.
Michael is back in Turkey in Oct and on and off for the next 18mths.
Now my ankle is slowly getting better I have got dermatitis breaking out on my right hand, just something else to keep me on my toes you understand.
It is Samias birthday tomorrow, or today after looking at the time. Am meeting her and Naomi in Meadowhall after work and enrolment to go for something to eat or as they say in Aus, a big feed!!
Then it is Naomis 18th on Sunday and Mary Sue will be 29 next Wed, Michaels sisters b/day on the 14th and Ginas and Tyrones on the 21st. It cost a fortune in cards this month.
Well, must try and get some sleep, am typing this because I can't.

Had an even longer chat with Natasha yesterday from a rain swept Brisbane. Have prepped her re keeping a tidy house in Kansas and what is this about 'The Arctic Gorillas'Fuad? yes I know it is spelt wrong.
The lads are from High Green!!!!!!
Sheila have got some cream with urine in and it appears to be working, will try the vick if it doesn't.
