Two good days

Did a lot of work on the allotment yesterday helping get the base ready for the new shed. It involved me putting small stones in my apron from the bottom of the allotment and carrying them up to the top, a very good weightlifting exercise let me tell you?
Had a quiet evening in watching Coro which is good at the moment. And for you on distance shores, Ricky, Bianca and Janine are back in Eastenders.

Today I was a guest of Pauline at her health club and did an Aqua aerobic class. Don't be fooled, it is bloody hard work. You do some of the class with foam dumbells, out of the water they are as light as a feather, under the water, like lead weights. we had a session in the sauna and steam room. I was ravenous when we came out but felt reaaly good, much better than of late and my heel didn't hurt.
Drove up to Josephs to see the new shed, it is good, Karon was planting. we should get the structure done this year hopefully?
Stayed for tea and had Josephs favourite, Home made crispy chips and a fried egg with relish and white sliced bread and butter. karon had made some really good brown bread but we all decided the white sliced was the best. On the health front we had really small portions and I only had one egg, I could have eaten my fingers????
Came home to read my post and my travel insurance will not cover us anymore, we are both too old now? I can get cover but only for 31 days so far. am going to ring a couple of companies tomorrow to see if I can find one that will give us longer.
Michael is well but there is poor mobile phone reception where he is, it is different from before so we speak when we can.
am off to bed.
Night all

Can you get insurance for the first 30 days and then another insurance company for the next 30 days. Just imagine you are going on two holidays.

I found this 1000year old quote in a book I am reading.
"many a desert waste existeth
where was once garden glad;
And a garden glad existeth
where was once desert sad "
Is this appropriate to Joseph allotment?
