Hello Everyone

Thought I must write and tell you all that Michael and myself have known each other for 37yrs today. Having forgotten about it until we realised it was his sisters birthday which is today when we met, I remembered that, then we remembered our anniversary.

A bit too late to make plans and we were picking Naomi up so we decided to have a take away from Lilly's Pork Shop.

Meat and Potato Pie, Gravy and Mushy Peas with a bun of our choice. I had a wonderful custard vanilla, the best in the world, Michael a mince pie and Naomi a cornflake bun. The plates were licked clean and a siesta finished the afternoon off to a treat. Better than any restaurant meal let me tell you.

Naomi is gearing up to starting her part time degree course on the 24th Sept and is doing as well as she can. She looks pretty stunning with her new hair style and we feel immensely proud of her achievements.

I am gearing up for Kansas, I just hope that the good weather holds on there for a little bit longer. I can't wait to see the new house and all my old haunts again. Naomi has got me drinking peach schnapps with ice and lemonade, quite a refreshing drink let me tell you. We both got a bit skwiffy one night in Edinburgh on them.

Am off to bed, it is Yoga tomorrow morning at 10-30am and I still ache from Mondays session.

I loved the saying Sandra ticked on Facebook. 'Inside every old person is a young person saying what the f**k happened' that is me tonight.
