Attacked the day. Didn't do well on the crossword but decided to try out my dodgy knee by going for a walk. It is hard walking uphill into what felt like a force 9 gale. We have had some really strong winds this winter and it was even making me wobble today. I soldiered on and did the middle lump in 48mins. The knee held up, still a bit tender but we are getting there.
Had a couple of hours at J&Ks. They are OK. K puts out food for the birds and it is attracting rats quite near to the house. What the rats hadn't bargained with is 'Teddy' the cat and the greatest rat catcher in the west, three in half an hour. He just knows what to do and does it.
Quiet evening and off to bed now with my bottles for our 2hour fix of 'Borgen' the Danish offering on BBC4. It is quiet good and different from The Killing that we previously watched.
