It has been really warm and sticky this week interspersed with heavy thundery rain showers, really good weather for growers?
A nice steady week, we haven't done much of anything really. Ate out last night at 'the all you can eat' Indian buffet in Ecclesfield to celebrate Muneers birthday, Racheal came and we had a good night.
It is different in that the waiters bring you the poppadoms & pickles followed by a selection of starters, then they bring you rice and nan bread and you go choose your own curry from a selection of ten. The food is really good, service excellent, lovely decor, linen napkins etc and it is always full. They do this buffet Sun thru to Thurs for £8-95 per person. Frid and Sat are from the main menu only.We left in a thunderous downpour. Got home to High Green and it had barely rained.
Am off to Leeds on the train today to meet my friend Ruth for lunch. She lost her dad 2weeks ago to prostate cancer, he was 64yrs old.
Am excited about S&S coming home in November, hope it isn't too cold for them?
Have installed my new wireless router and it seems a much better service, haven't lost contact so far.
Re the mice, they tend to nest under floors and in wall spaces, but I would keep onto him Sandra. Paul should provide a clean working enviroment for you. It is like he is all fur coat and no knickers,a posh shop and all mucky backstage??
On that note I will bid you all a very good morning and get myself ready for Leeds.

I love your comments about the mice. You are right Sonia, there is a hole in the wall and he still has not blocked it.
I have just been talking about indian food to Sam as I am desperate for a curry. We will have to go out when we get home..I'm having the FULL MONTY.
It,s shamefull all this gluttony, though I have to say it is much cheaper in Preston, oap discount lowers the cost to £3.99
and actually we had 7 puddings between us (me and Gina that is)
But I blame the Yanqui's for introducing such ideas to our poor little green island.

All you can eat indian plus 7 puddings sounds great. I'm ready for an indian. Maybe we will have one in Ireland in a couple of weeks.
