A beautiful day today. Had a very good yoga class last night, I can feel it in my muscles today. Michael did some work on the allotment and came home bearing bags of produce.I did an aqua class and a bit of food shopping at M/Hall.
Naomi got 2 'Bs' and a 'C' in her A levels which she was predicted. She was 7 points off her C being a B and 14 points off her B in history being an A. She will be off to York Uni in Oct. She is thrilled to bits and was here when Natasha rang so was able to speak to her about the city.
Will do some work around the house this w/end as we may escape the rain tomorrow. August so far has been warm and pleasant but for the most a compleat washout.
We got another gold in the indoor cycle time trials, boy do they cycle fast?
Petrol is now £1-09p and is on its way down. The dollar has dropped to $1-85 to the pound so it should be a bit easier for your trip to Ireland F&MS.
Had a good chat with Gina and then Sheila oh and Sandra so am up to date with most stuff.
Am being called by Michael who is yawning.
