You get most of the news from Fuad. He was knacked from his bike ride yesterday, mind you they were pro cyclists he was with. Am going to make a lamb curry today, you can't find ready made poppadoms here though.
It is still beautiful weather here, I think it starts to get cooler next week, into the upper 60s.
I have my bedroom window open and was awakened yesterday morning at 4.50am by a massive owl which was perched on the chimney of the house next door and towit towoowed at the top of it's voice.
There are also loads of Monarch butterflies which are migrating south for the winter. They are big and beautiful and float along with the wind currents.
Haven't done much shopping yet. All the shops are full of winter clothes and it is 86deg. Had to buy some shorts as I didn't take any, got some on sale for $4.97.
Bush is rescuing his mates in banking etc using tax payers money, hasn't gone down well at all and Election fever is at it's height.
