We had two good days in Toowoomba. It is a lovely town, clean, beautiful parks and lovely weather. We met up with the Hogans, had a good lunch in the Coffee Club and dined at Fibbers, all nine of us. I just wish the town was nearer to the coast.
Sameer drove us home by the scenic route past Somerset Dam which is 80% full. The last time Michael and myself drove past it it was about 18% full and was so low it appeared as 3 dams so the rain has been most welcome.
We have a house inspection tomorrow, part of the rental agreement so we have had to sweep and mop etc. Michael keeps it tidy so there wasn't much to do. It has been hot today but low humidity so good fo walking at teatime which we did.
We are watching the auditions for American Idol tonight, S&S are down at the club and should be home about 11pm.
Sandra and myself are off to Chermside tomorrow, she is having a haircut and colour and I have other stuff to do so we will meet up for lunch. She is back at work on Wednesday.
Have enjoyed having her at home this week.
Spoke with my neighbour tonight, she is keeping an eye on the house for us. High Green has had it bad with the snow and ice it would seem but it was 6deg today so she had her washing out. Everything is alright at Sundew Gardens, the garden is fine, I think the gravel I put around the plants and shrubs has protected them.
One thing I have noticed here is that because there is no light pollution you can see millions of stars. It is a spectacular sight especially when there is no moon, I could stand for ages just looking at them.
Not much else to report, glad the stay in the wild west is going well for S&G, they are back here on Thursday no doubt with a tale to tell?

Is Fibbers the fine dining place where we ate? Did you make any purchases at Hogans? Where is/what is Chermside? Do you two use the same hairdresser? Is she/he well qualified? Expecting a close up pic of the new "do".
MS, Fibbers was the bar we went for a drink first before the fine dining. It is a an Irish bar that has been extended and modernized. The food was very nice. Sonia is in mid negotiation in having some old gold melted into bangles. Yes we use the same hair salon but different guys cut and color our hair. They are well qualified, they sell and use aveda products, all chemical free. Sonia is going to take a picture soon on her iphone to send to you. Let me know if you like it. I have gone shorter at the back as it is too hot to cope with my hair being. long. I got a good Christmas bonus it has gone straight into our savings. We will probably be able to fly business class if I continue to sell, sell, sell....Sam is working hard also.
