Sandra supervised my new haircut which is short, tucked behind the ears and much easier to manage, we all like it, Sandra says it takes years off me?
We then took Michael and Sameer out to lunch at the George and Dragon at Wentworth finishing the afternoon off by a visit to Wentworth Garden centre as Sameer needed to buy a grass rake and a hoe so he could finish off the garden. We all enjoyed our meal and a good time was had by all.
Had a different Yoga teacher on Thursday and she certainly put us through our paces. We have two men who are now regulars in the class. One is an average bloke and quite good.The other is a bit of a show off in a quiet sort of way, he can do all the postures.
Friday I did Aqua and Sandra worked out in the gym then I took her home and we spent the afternoon chatting. They are out tonight with friends.
The other highlight today has been blue skies and sunshine.
We have settled down to watch Children in Need.

Just because a man can do all the yoga moves, it doesn't mean he is a show off Mam.
It can, it just depends how he does it and his body language after. There is humility and arrogance and both can be observed in non verbal communication. I know a clever chuff when I see one.
