midweek special

Spent the day on Wednesday in Leeds with Ruth my colleague from work, we meet up about twice a year and just start up where we left off. Had a good day, Naomi and Charlotte came on the train with me then went on their own merry way. It is the day before their 'A's level results so they were both a bit high?
I bought some organic hair colour and a couple of T shirts in the sale. Leeds is a thriving bustling city with a good city centre. Can only manage a couple of hours of slow walkingnow with my ankle so caught the 3-15 train home.
Thursday co-piloted the drive with Naomi up to her school to show her the best route for her to collect her results. She was pleased with them, she got 2'B's a 'D' and a 'C', I think she is going to resit part of her German one again, She is one happy bunny at the moment. It all starts again on the 6th Sept for her final year.
Her and her mum are off to London next week for a few days to see Deans little boy, hope the weather stays fine for them, we are back to the heavy showers again.
Michael is up in Harrogate tonight coaching the team, their manager Neil Aspin has asked him to join them as a coach. It means at the least Thursday night coaching, Saturday a match and the occasional mid week match. It is ok now but I am not keen on him travelling up and down the motorway in winter weather but he will do what he will do.
Have just coloured my hair and it is a deep shade of red, wow, didn't think it would be this deep. On the plus side it will soon wash out. Have mixed two colours and it should have turned out a totally different shade, it is too deep for my liking but what the hell.
Nothing more to report.
Am looking forward to Greys Anatomy tonight, will be in bed for that.

don't panic, have found a hairdresser who uses organic hair colouring the same as I had on my hair in Aus, salon is in Keighley, we are having a day out on Sept 5th to reverse the red, we are getting used to it now.

It's like Norman says to me. Just don't stand in any cornfields whilst the farmer is harvesting !!
I bet you look good with red hair.
I hope you do come to my curry night. If nobody else is booking the bed it's yours. Will Michael be available though?
Love Sheila xx
