My heel is killing me again. Walked yesterday and it hurt, walked today and it killed me. Have limped around with my heel feeling as if someone has hit it hard with a hammer. The bone spur on the back of my heel feels to be getting bigger, it looks and feels like a small egg and is so tender. The pain just comes out of nowhere. I haven't overwalked on it because the weather has been so bad have had to miss some days and have only done gentle yoga stuff. Michael and myself will have to limp in unison, it could be one of those electric wheelchairs next, whizzing around Mablethorpe??? Michaels ankle is much the same, he is still limping and in pain.
It has rained again today and heavy rain is forcast for tonight and into tomorrow and for the rest of the week. Flood warnings are out everywhere again. I think the river has gone over the top in certain parts of York, Natasha may be unable to get to Uni and work as she is on the other side of the river.
S&G are somewhere out there on their way to Kansas, it is very cold there but I bet it is sunny and not raining.
Am going to get my bottles in bed and retire. It is weird when my ankle is this sore as resting it has no effect on the pain whatsoever.
Am thinking about Pat and hope she is improving slowly.
Hope Poppy has returned?
Night all.

Plenty of rest! Dr Gina's orders!
Poppy came back as though she'd never been away, and quite clean considering.
Lord only knows where she's been, but now we're playing the waiting game to see if there is going to be the pitter patter of tiny feet.
I'm trying some new natural ointment from Sri Lanka on my achilles. I will let you know how it goes.
Why Mablethorpe, you can get them in Sheffield,no ned to go to the world capital of electric go carts for them. Graham
