The days go by.

Am sitting down to write this whilst watching Deal no Deal and before I get too tired later on. Little has changed or happened since I wrote my last blog on Monday. It is freezing cold and has rained heavily all day, as it did yesterday and the day before.

Sheila and Graham stayed Tuesday night and left Mid morning Wed. Enjoyed their stay and it broke the monoteny up. We had trout that they brought with them and salad and potatoes. We finished off with jam roly poly and custard. Susan came and talked her situation through with them, at the moment there appears to be little movement on that front.
I had to take my car into the garage on Wed as there was something wrong with the emmisions electrics. They asked me to bring it back Friday for the day so they could put a new bit in. I was to have a courtesy car as I would be stuck otherwise.
Well, couldn't find my driving licence, it wasn't with my passport where it always is. I was searching until 2am with no luck. Rang the garage and said I couldn't come and they said they would pay for a taxi to take me home and collect me in the afternoon to pick my car up. So off I went and enjoyed the ride home. Declined the ride back in the afternoon as the weather is so bad and it is rush hour I asked for a taxi tomorrow morning when hopefully it will have stopped raining.
Naomi and her friend Charlotte called for an hour on their way to the cinema to see PS I love you! they wanted to see Sweeney Todd but it isn't out yet.
Pat is in hospital with a broken leg and other problems?
Am sorting the linen cupboard out at the moment, I must have at least 25 facecloths so am cutting back on them for a start.
The rain is battering the back of the house, it hasn't let up since about 12noon.
Spoke to Sameer this morning, he is driving to Brisbane and back on a daily basis from Toowoomba, it is about 3to4 hours travelling a day. It was 9pm their time and he sounded well but tired, said he hadn't coughed for days. I told him to lay off the cigars for a while.
Am going to get myself something to eat then get myself sat down to watch TV and sort some more photos out.
I think Michaels love affair with Turkey is paling somewhat, he says he is homesick and missing me too much????????
I know it is early but night night all.

Well Mam it seems you have plenty going on to keep you busy. Next time you talk to S or S, tell them I said they need to call us and start their blog. Sandra promised to do both but nothing so far.
