Had a long conversation with Fuad re the benefits or not of white flour and various other topics. Michael did a good job of standing in for The alternative mothers day in between his football matches on TV. Glorious day, had a good swim this morning, did 4 loads of washing, had telephone conversations with Sheila, Susan, Natasha, Fuad, Joseph and a visit from Dorothy my neighbour who told me we had missed a bad domestic with our new next door neighbours whilst we were at the wedding yesterday. Apparently physical violence was used and there was much screaming and shouting, the womans car hasn't been on the drive since last night.
michael is revving up for his next trip to Turkey.
