S&G arrived at 8-30am in mist and rain. Graham went off to do his thing and Sheila and myself visited Joseph and karon and she was introduced to our chickens and ducks. Sheila was very impressed with the allotment and it's progress, it was like a jungle when she last saw it. Mind you the rain has caused a spurt of growth in both plants and weeds. Karon sent us off with a tray each of curly lettace plants and tomato plants. I will plant mine in between my newly planted annuals.Sheila is going to make Joseph some business cards.
We then visited Pat who is improving but still looks ill and frail. We called at Florries grave to pay our respects and moved on to M/hall.
We had lunch in the Perfect Pizza and did a shop in Marks as Sheila had some vouchers to use up.
We headed for home as Graham had finished work and they were ready for off.
I took my house phones back to Dixons as one of the receivers was faulty and drove to M/hall in a cloudburst. It was driving at 5mls an hour with washers that had no effect and cloud so low it was like a thick fog. Got a good deal with my phones but cannot use them as they have to charge for 24hours.
Short conversation with Michael, bless him he didn't know that England were playing the USA so he left to see if he could watch it.
Watched has Britain got Talent whilst the rain continued to pour, had a long chat with Naomi, her 'A' level exams start next week so she is revising like mad.We plan to see the Sex in the City movie when she has finished them.
Am off to bed now, yoga tomorrow night.
Night all.
