Cold but Nice

Am trying to get some pictures of the kitchen on. Have been unsuccesful, will keep on trying. Yesterday was freezing with a biting wind, today has been better, cold, still and sunny.
Joseph came this morning and him and Michael took the pine unit off the kitchen wall. It looks so much better, I filled the holes in and sanded the wall down. Dave the decorator is coming Friday to paint it up and to paint the wall at the top of the stairs a different colour, it currently looks a bit bland.
Michael borrowed a sack barrow from the dumpit site and took the old dishwasher and fridge down. We then went to Hillsborough to collect his new glasses, then to B&Q to exchange some stuff, then to Lilies breadshop where we had meat and potato pie with mushy peas and gravy. Beautiful, it was followed at home by a custard vanilla for me and a brandy mince pie for Michael. All this before 12-30, not bad eh?
I now have to find somewhere to put the stuff that was on the shelves and in the drawers. I keep giving stuff away, it feels good to have empty drawers and cupboards.
I keep downloading pictures, not sure where they are though.
Sameer is coming tomorrow early morning with a very rich Aussie woman who has moved here for her son to play football and she wants someone to mentor him. She wanted to fly Sameer over for 3 weeks but he wants to get stuck in over there so he suggested Michael?
Nothing on the tele tonight so am going to have an early night.
Haven't had my cocoa yet?

Night all

Kitchen looks good Mam. So does the sound of Lilly's and a vanilla custard slice.
