Rose to the sound of heavy rain and the sight of dark grey skies. Too bad to walk in so changed the sheets on the bed and washed them. By lunchtime the rain had stopped and the sun was out. Supervised Michael doing a bit of sandpapering and painting, he did a good job. Had a Lilies breadcake with egg and bacon on, both organic with no chemicals or preservatives in the bacon.
Had an hours sleep in the afternoon then we visited Muneer and Pauline and Michael got his hair cut. Watched half a football match then left for home as Pauline was going to the gym and Muneer was going out. It was back to the heavy rain again and dark grey skies.
A quiet day, no phone calls or visitors.
Next week Michael is working for 4 days, doing a course at Keele University on Thursday and having his eyes tested on Tuesday.
I have the usual stuff Mon to Thurs then have a day with my friend Ruth in Leeds on Friday.
Have had my cocoa and we are off to bed.
