Busy Weekend

Not sure where it has gone (the weekend) but it is now 15mins before Larkrise so I had better get my skates on.
Had a long chat with S&S this morning following breakfast in bed. Quick trip to Asda for large plant pots and butter. Prepared full Sunday lunch and made some soda bread it looks good but too full to try it.Sorted out the worms who look as if they are multiplying which is good. Planted some early potatoes in the pots and some freesia bulbs that I got for my birthday.
Missed the opportunity of a lifetime by not taking pictures of my culinary endeavours it was truly Garden Blur cooking and no David Copperfield in sight.Had an hour sleep after lunch and am trying to wade through the papers now.
The alledged storm of the century is on its way from Canada and should be with us tomorrow morning. Michael is at Hillsborough college tomorrow doing a final assessment on students doing their level 2 coaching award so that should be fun as it is supposed to be outside.I am going to take the opportunity to do some housework.
I think we have catch up for AI as it is the 3rd programme and they are choosing the final 12 to go through but Larkrise beckons.
Fuad you need to investigate a book called 'Are we Rome'relating to a previous conversation.
My toothache has eased but that side of my mouth still feels tender and slightly sensitive.
Big birthdays this year are Lisa 40 on the 13th March, Tina 50 on the 8th May, Rachael 21 on July 25th and Norman is 70 in November.
Michael made himself a cup of cocoa and asked me if I wanted a few sips, when I next looked the cup was 2 thirds empty, thisty work this typing isn't it?
Well thats all for now folks, I shall retire to bed and await the storm, Michael has the radio on and is preparing for tomorrow.
The bottles are in.
Night all

I hope your toothache gets solved. It's a horrible thing.

Might not be any David Copperfield in your cooking but it sounds like you "David Copperfieded" Michael with his cocoa.
