Wednesday didn't leave the house despite it being sunny as the wind was so strong. Instead we fettled the upstairs and before I hear a chorus of 'Poor old Michael' it was his idea that we work as a team and do the upstairs one day and the downstairs the next.It worked a treat on both days and we now have a very clean and tidy house.
Muneer and Pauline visited this afternoon and a good time was had by all.
Have struggled on with my tooth, it hasn't settled down properly since I had the stuff painted on it a week ago so in desperation have phoned the dentist and have an appt with a new dentist called Julia to have my nerve removed next Tues. It is ok now, but as soon as I put anything hot or cold into my mouth the pain is unbearable.I feel scared to eat any acidic fruit or such like. It is years since I needed major work like this to my teeth. Is it a sign of old age???
It was less windy today so I thought I would try a slow walk around the small lump. Michael came with me and we battled through the wind. My heel felt sore when I got back so am going to try walking in my hiking boots next and if they fail will try an old pair of trainers. If they fail not sure what to do, my poor fitness is worrying me as everything hurts it, swimming, yoga and stretching.
Joseph has finished his plastering course and does his tiling course the last 2 weekends in March. He says he has enjoyed it and learned a lot. His plan is to start work for himself in April plastering and tiling on a small scale first and hoping to build it up as he goes along.
Natasha is home for the weekend so is coming up for Sunday lunch and some words of wisdom from Michael re her pschology coursework. She is doing D.Beckham and his free kicks, looking at the psychological aspects that he has to deal with prior to the kick and how he deals with the stress etc. Should be interesting and am sure there will be a good discussion around the subject?

Oh! I forgot, I washed my hair and was going to have Michael take my picture with my birthday necklaces on. I put the camera on charge and then forgot, Michael is now in bed so will have to do it tomorrow.

I think that julia may be a romanian who Rob told me is very good.
Why no cocoa for Michael,he must be worn out with all that housework.
Try cycling it is not hard on the joints and good exercise.
