The storm came and left without a wimper through the night. It was quiet and still this morning and the sun came out later but it rained heavily later on. It would seem the west coast got hit big time and we are getting it Tues and Wed. Michael managed to get his assessments done without getting wet.
Fingers is coming back tomorrow to finish off the work he started when he sliced his fingers off. That should be the end of the current run of DIY?
I have continued with my sorting out. Have emptied the bottom of the cupboard in the office and put a lot of Michaels stuff there so the room looks bigger and better.Have 2 more bagfuls of stuff to burn up at the allotment. Joseph and Karon did 8 hours down there on Sunday and have a master plan. The chickens now have the bottom 3rd of the garden to run around in.We will get up when the rain stops, I think we need a master plan too.
Joseph started his plastering course today and it went well, he says he aches all over from the gardening and today. He is well impressed with the man who is teaching them.
Not much else to report. The garage are picking Michaels car up tomorrow morning about 6-45am to take it to Leeds for its annual MOT and service. They have done it for the last 6 years and are good.It should have been done whilst Michael was in Turkey but I didn't hear them knock.
Have had my 1/2 cup of cocoa, trying to cut down on the calories ha!ha!

Sounds like your weather guys are as bad as ours. I like the name, Fingers. I bet you don't call him that though.
