A Good Sunday.

Was up and at the health club for 8-15am. Woke up at 5-30 with no pain, the first time in a week. Fell back asleep, woke at 7-30 and it was back but not to a severe degree.
The swimming helped and it is easier when I am up and about.
Arrived at Liams and was greeted by an estatic Gypsy, she was doing her usual run up and down the garden path as Fred and Christine were in the back garden, S&S know what I mean. Sameers team won again, 4-1, so they are now joint 4th in the league, well done son.
Michael was put through his paces on the Wii fitness board, at one point I was weeping but I have to say the boy did well. I had a go at ten pin bowling, the hardest part is pressing all the buttons on the hand bit at the right time.
Liam is good on the exercise part of it and showed us the benefits of using it.
I think Michael has changed his mind about buying one but come winter he may change his mind again??

Called in on M&P for an hour, they are off to Mauritius next Sunday for two weeks so were getting stuff ready for the journey.Saw Racheal she looked well but was pi--ed off as her new dress worn for the first time had split as she was stood waiting for the taxi to go out, it wasn't a cheap one either.
Home to a lunch of trout, salad and charlotte potatoes which I love.
Have managed all day with out painkillers but may have to take something before I go to bed.
Michael is watching Football and I am watching Has America Got Talent in Chicago.
We have had our first strawberries from our back garden and the rhubarb looks ready too.
Night All
