Wall to Wall Football.

Is it ever going to finish????
I think Michael has six days from the final before he leaves for Turkey then Australia.
We are back to heavy showers and sunshine and the heating on from time to time, summer came and left. The next ten days is much of the same without it getting above 64degs.
Liam and Roxanne are coming up for lunch tomorrow. We shall have to get double rations in as the last time Michael saw them with a Sunday lunch he said, 'they had enough on their plates to feed Malawi'???
Obviously keeping up the Saif traditions.
We are enjoying(in between the football) 'Americas got Talent' we just love the first auditions, nutters or what? they beat ours hands down.

Did I read it right Fuad that a doctor diagnosed your shoulder with a tuning fork? a piano one? is this a new thing? does it make a sound like 'c' flat if your blade is cracked? tell me more?
You should get Mary Sue some help in loading the truck as it is becoming an annual event where you supervise her doing all the really hard work.If it was me I would feel cracks coming on all over my body. You may have to take lessons from Mary Sue in falling correctly as if I remember rightly you both fell but only yourself sustained bodily injuries?????
Is it the same as male flu????
Am still struggling with my camera. It still says card locked in red across the screen. It lets me look at the pictures already on the card but will not let me delete or take any more pictures.
Have read the manual from cover to cover and there is nothing on this problem. Will let Liam have a look at it tomorrow and if he cannot sort it will take it to a camera shop, so no pictures for the time being.
I think I am coming out in sympathy with you Fuad. Have a strong muscular pain in my left back ribs, it came on a couple of hours ago and it is getting worse. Will try a few stretches to try and ease it.
Am so glad to hear that Sameer is keeping up his yoga, everyone who is over 45 should take it up, much better than pounding the pavements etc.
Well that is all for now folks. Am off for an early night, have a big meal to cook tomorrow.
Night All

Interesting thing the tuning fork. He vibrates it and then presses it on the affected area and moves it around. If it there is just a general pain then it isn't broken. If when moving it around, it goes from no pain to a spot where it is really bad pain. If you have really bad pain in a tiny spot, that is the break. You can tell because the vibrations on the tuning fork vibrate the bone and it doesn't hurt unless it is placed on a break. Makes sense to me. He said you can have an Xray if I wanted but it would only show a hairline crack and there isn't anything I can do other than to take it easy and rest it until it is better.
