Think I must have pulled a muscle in my back doing Aqua aerobics last Friday, left ribcage at the back. Excruciatingly painful when I lay down so havent had a good nights sleep since. Boy have those Excedrin come in handy. Have been able to do stuff through the day and did another aqua class today and it feels easier but will need some to sleep tonight.
Other than that it has been much of a muchness. Did some work at the allotment and had to catch one of the ducks that had got over the fence, some serious wing clipping is needed methinks.
Poor old Liam has dreadful hayfever and looks as if he has done 10 rounds with M Ali, he is having nosebleeds and all the flu like symptoms.
Have googled it and it would appear that it is mostly tree and grass pollen that does the damage, especially birch and it can travel for 100s of miles.
Michael has done some serious work at the allotment, he is really enjoying the football so gets to rest after his digging. I just potter around him.
Forgot to tell you Fuad my Chia seeds arrived so that is something else I have to remember to take. Am still taking my red rice yeast, have just less than a month left so will book a blood test in soon.
Must go the pain is warming up.
Night all

Liam's allergies and hay fever are probably down to dairy. If he tries cutting it out totally, he will clear up within a week. Or I guess he can continue to feel like crap and put poisonous medication in his body.
I believe pollen very much plays havoc with our respiratory system, and mix that with all the toxic fumes which are worse in the summer, it can be a real struggle to breathe. However, if we keep our system mucus free by not having dairy, it will help combat the pollen and fume problem we can't get away from. Liam should use the netti pot daily to help clear the toxins from his nasal passages. He will notice a big difference.
By the way, the allotment looks absolutely wonderful. Good job all of you. It has to be a very rewarding feeling to see and eat the beautiful healthy food after all your hard work. Bravo!
