Saw the Doc re Michaels spots. Well! they are seborreic warts, non contagious, genetic and get worse as you get older. There is nothing you can treat them with other than a topicl cream which can, he said, burn the skin around the wart.So he is stuck with them so to speak.
Took our tax stuff to the accountant then shopped at Sainsburys for a change, we were up Abbeydale Road at the time. A much wider choice, more expensive than our local Asda but picked up one or two bargains.
Home to the second load of washing and a visit from Muneer.
My heel is sore today probably from the new exercises the physio gave me. Will try them for another couple of days and if it gets worse will stop as it takes ages for it to calm down. Looks like I am stuck with this pain thing, will stick with my yoga and aqua classes as this allows me some fitness without too much pain.
Have ordered some Chia seeds, not sure if Sheila is still taking them. Life as we know it has ceased to exist since the Euros started.
I love your fireplace Mary Sue, not sure it will look as good in a solid colour?
The warm days are over and despite being sunny it is windy and cool today,an excellent drying day though.
Am going to see SITC with Naomi when she has finished her exams next week. Am so looking forward to it so don't tell me anything about it if you have seen it.
We are hoping to go to the allotment tomorrow and get some weeding done.
I was going to take a picture of my front garden but I must have pressed something wrong on the camera as it says it is locked and I can get it unlocked but it refuses to take a picture. Will have to look at the book as there are no 8year old kids around to sort it out???
Am off to make something to eat, have to feed the football fan and keep his strength up as there are lots more matches to go.
Night all

Sorry about the warts Michael, but glad it was not worse.
Sonia, if your heel is sore, try doing smaller bits of the exercise and increase more slowly.
Glad you love the fp, however, I do think the photos give it a better look than in real life. I'll sit on it for awhile. I have knitting here on Monday, so will get a variety of opinions then I'm sure. If I do a solid color, I'd probably still put a glaze over it, but just wipe the glaze mostly all off. For this bit, I painted the glaze on and purposely wanted the paint streaks, but it's the streaks I'm not crazy about, nor is the color just right. It will be a "work in progress" for some time I suppose.
Snap! I went to see a skin specia;list in Sheff. some years ago, fearing the worst,he told me it was the same as Michaels, and an aquaintance here ,she has the same problem, its just unsightly.
I do think the Bright Red on my terracotta hen would look good on the fireplace.Graham
