Michael will be home in 2 days yippee??
Yesterday was warm, sunny and a little humid. Cut and edged the front lawn and tidied the plants and shrubs up. It took much longer than I thought as passers by and neighbours stopped to chat, it was an enjoyable morning all in all.
Visited Joseph and had an hour in the allotment with Karon, stuff is growing like mad and the ducks and chickens are fine. It started to rain heavily about 10-30pm and was forcast for the night and all the next day.
This morning did a pile of ironing so am up to date with it. S&G called in on their way to the dentist, they had driven through torrential rain all the way here. Did and Aqua class at 1pm, had 15mins in the steam room then left and had an hour with M&P.Made some Brownies but they didn't cook well. The oven is making a loud noise, think it is something to do with the fan but am not sure about the heat. It is 12 years old. I have taken the fan to bits before so will have a look at it tomorrow and see if I can fix it?
Someone cracked our back bathroom window with either a pellet gun or a catapult and we are having to have a new pane of glass put in tomorrow at £105. Our insurance excess is £100 so we cannot claim on that.
Had a good chat with Mary Sue and Natasha, Sameers team lost 3-2 and they are both well.
Naomi sits her first two 'A' level exams tomorrow, glad it isn't me.
Night all.

Oooh Mam, you could buy a new oven!!
Sonia, in our house, like you, I would be the one trying to fix the oven (Mike would not even attempt it). When the realization hit him that no oven means no cookies, he'd be out buying a new one straight away!
Are you sure Michael is home in two days???
There are BIG savings to be made on ovens,I feel sure of that.
Graham
ps try a swap for the chickenfeed.
